Identity

A curated collection
of living history.

An ensemble of private residences within the walled city: colonial casonas and contemporary lofts, each with its own history, brought back to life with a singular sensibility.

Not a hotel. Not a platform. A living collection of spaces with memory.

We are the experience of inhabiting a place that has always existed, now open to those who travel to understand, cared by a small team that knows every wall, every story, every guest, by name.

Our Story

A City. A Love Story.

Casonas MX was born from a love story, with the city, with its streets, with its people. The kind of love that doesn't pass through a place, but stays.

Irma and Sébastien have called Campeche home for over twenty-one years. One campechana, one French, two people who chose this city, built a life within it, and discovered, over time, a desire to share what it had given them.

What they created is not a hospitality company. It is a conviction, that a place this alive, this quietly extraordinary, deserves to be inhabited. Not just visited.

What guests carry
with them

I have stayed in design hotels across four continents. Nothing prepared me for the experience of waking up inside a 300-year-old casona, hearing the city through walls that remember everything.

The moment we arrived, we stopped being tourists. The house gave us a different rhythm — slower, deeper. Campeche revealed itself through those walls in ways no guidebook could.
