Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 – 4:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please coordinate directly with your host.
Guests
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. The maximum number of guests is specified in each property listing. Visitors may be received in common areas during daytime hours with prior notice to the host.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any property. Outdoor terraces and patios may be used for smoking. Please dispose of cigarettes responsibly. A cleaning fee of $200 USD will be applied if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted in any Casonas MX property. Service animals are welcome with advance notice. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Events & Noise
Small gatherings within the registered guest count are welcome. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors in the historic center. Large events, parties, or celebrations beyond the registered guest count require prior authorization.
Heritage Care
All Casonas MX properties are registered UNESCO historic buildings. Original architectural elements — stone columns, arches, pasta tile floors, carved wooden doors — are irreplaceable. Please treat them with care. Do not hang items from walls or move heavy furniture without consulting the host.
Pools & Terraces
Pools are unsupervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Glass is not permitted in pool areas. Rooftop terraces should be used responsibly — please do not lean on railings or place heavy objects near edges.
Keys & Security
Each property is equipped with a lockbox or smart lock. Access instructions are provided 24 hours before check-in. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Lost key replacement fee: $50 USD.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is included in larger properties (Casa Japa, La Casa Verde, Casa Zotz). For other properties, mid-stay cleaning is available upon request. Please leave the property in reasonable condition at check-out — we understand you're on vacation.
Sustainability
Campeche is a water-conscious city. We ask guests to use water thoughtfully. Towels left on the rack will not be replaced; towels on the floor will be washed. AC should be turned off when leaving the property.
