Weddings
Ceremonies in colonial courtyards, haciendas and bastions, with the whole family lodged minutes apart on foot inside the wall.
Campeche hasn't gone mass-market, and that's the reason it works for a wedding. Your celebration doesn't compete with twelve other parties on the same weekend for florists, photographers and venues. Your guests don't share a hotel lobby with strangers: each family lives in a home of its own. The wall keeps the noise out.
The collection's strength is flexibility of scale: from a single house for ten to a block of neighboring properties for all your guests. Large enough for a wedding, intimate enough that everyone still knows each other's names by Sunday breakfast.
We coordinate the architecture (which courtyard for ceremony, which for reception), connect you with the local team (florist, planner, music, transport) and host all guests across the combined properties. Civil ceremonies inside the walled city are arranged through the local registry.

See the full guide to Campeche wedding venues.

Yes. Civil ceremonies inside the walled city are arranged through the local civil registry, and our coordination accompanies the paperwork alongside your wedding planner.
The dry season, from November to April, with clear skies and the best sunsets for open-air celebrations. The casonas' courtyards and covered spaces make it possible to celebrate year-round.
Whether it's an intimate wedding in one of our houses (Casa Japa among them) or a larger celebration at a bastion, Puerta Campeche or Uayamón, we are your base inside the walled city. For intimate weddings, the house is both venue and lodging; for larger weddings, we house your guests minutes from the venue and coordinate every detail. We already host wedding guests regularly: house blocks, work with your planner, and the experiences around the celebration. For intimate weddings under 50, a house like Casa Japa is both venue and lodging.
For larger weddings, several casonas inside the walls host family and guests together.
