How your
stay works.
Every house is rented whole and run to the same service standard. These are the practical terms of a direct booking, house by house.
The service, in every house
House Manager
A single point of contact for the whole stay, over WhatsApp. Hours 8:00 to 20:00, extended 7:00 to 23:00 for urgent matters, with a reply within a few minutes. Coordinates arrival, housekeeping and any request during the trip.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. Arrival is planned in advance with the House Manager; the exact address is shared once the booking is confirmed.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in every house. At Casa Japa, Casa Zotz and La Casa Verde the house cook prepares it each morning, from 8:00 to 10:00. In the other houses and in the lofts it is laid out in the kitchen, ready whenever you choose to eat.
Housekeeping
At Casa Japa, Casa Zotz and La Casa Verde housekeeping staff attend the house every day: 8:00 to 15:00 at Casa Japa and 8:00 to 13:00 at Casa Zotz and La Casa Verde. In the other houses and in the lofts, daily housekeeping is available at an additional cost arranged with the House Manager.
Privacy
The house is yours for the stay. No front desk, no hallways and no other guests in the house.
Experiences
Experiences and transfers are arranged with the House Manager before arrival, so the plan is ready on day one.
Rates and taxes
Direct rates are shown per night with taxes included: 16% VAT and 2% lodging tax.
