The Casonas MX rating is not a hand-picked testimonial or an unsourced average. It is the sum of the reviews published on the eleven properties’ public listings: the houses’ Google profiles and their listings on the international booking platforms where they operate. Each listing is counted once, listings without reviews do not add to the total, and the average is weighted by each listing’s number of reviews, so a listing with one hundred and forty stays weighs more than one with two.
On booking platforms, only guests who completed a stay can leave a review: the verification belongs to the platform, not to us. Google reviews are public and can be read in full on each house’s listing. Every figure on this page can be checked directly against the corresponding listing.

Houses that joined Google more recently accumulate reviews at a slower pace than listings with years of operation: volume reflects listing age, not relative quality.
On booking platforms, only guests who completed a stay booked through that platform can publish a review: the verification is done by the platform itself. Google reviews are public and linked to each property listing, where they can be read in full.
The total corresponds to a dated snapshot, in this case July 21, 2026. Between snapshots new reviews arrive and listings may be added or retired, so the figure is updated periodically on this page rather than fixed permanently across the site.
